Betting and Game Rules
Top slots this week

General rules that apply to all play
These betting and game rules form part of your agreement with us and apply every time you play, on desktop and on mobile. Where an individual game has its own rules, those rules govern that game and these rules cover everything else.
- One account per player. You may hold one account with us. Duplicate accounts may be closed and play on them may be voided.
- 18+ only. Our games are for adults aged 18 or over. We hold a gaming licence and verify the identity and age of every account holder.
- Real money and bonus balance. Your account may hold both. The cashier and the game window show which balance a stake is taken from.
- Bets are final. Once you confirm a stake and the round begins, the bet stands. We cannot cancel, change or refund a placed bet.
- Your limits. Deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders and time-outs can be set at any time in the safer gambling area of your account.
You are responsible for understanding a game before you stake real money on it. Most games can be opened in demo mode, and the rules, paytable and stake range are available from the game window at all times.
Bets are final once placed
Please double-check your stake, the number of lines and the bet you have selected before you confirm. A correctly placed bet cannot be taken back once the round has started.
How bets and spins are settled
Every outcome is produced on the game server, not on your device. The screen in front of you displays a result that has already been determined, so stopping a reel early, closing the game or losing your connection does not change what a round pays.
- The result recorded on the game server is the result that counts. Where the display on your device and the server record disagree, the server record is final and your balance is settled accordingly.
- Each game pays according to its own paytable and rules, including line wins, wild and scatter behaviour, feature triggers and any maximum win stated in the game.
- The theoretical return to player figure for each game is published in that game's information screen. It describes long-term average behaviour across many rounds and does not predict a single session.
- Stakes and wins are settled in the currency of your account, and every settled round is listed in your account history, which you can look over at any time.
| What you want to check | Where it is shown |
|---|---|
| Paytable, lines and feature rules | The information or help screen inside the game |
| Minimum and maximum stake | The stake selector and the game's information screen |
| Theoretical return to player | The game's information screen |
| Your settled rounds | The history area of your account |
Malfunctions and interrupted rounds
A malfunction is any fault in the software, the hardware, the game server or the connection between them that makes a game behave in a way its own rules do not describe.
- A malfunction voids all pays and all play. Where a fault is identified, the affected rounds are void and stakes for those rounds are returned to the balance they were taken from.
- Amounts credited in error by a fault do not create an entitlement. If a balance has to be corrected, we will tell you what happened and when.
- A game suspended mid-round stays suspended until the fault is cleared. The round is then either completed or declared void with the stake returned.
- Please tell us as soon as something looks wrong, rather than continuing to play the affected game.
Disconnections and incomplete rounds
If your connection drops, the round carries on at the server. When you next open the game, an unfinished round either resumes at the point it reached or settles automatically, and any win is paid to your balance. Features that must be completed within a set period are settled at their current state once that period ends, as described in the game's rules. Closing the game window does not cancel a round.
Unfinished rounds
Open the same game again from the same account to pick up an incomplete round. If it does not appear, contact us and we will look into the round for you.
Playing with bonus funds
Bonus funds, free spins and other credited offers carry the terms of the promotion they came from. Those terms set the wagering requirement, the games the funds may be used on, how long they last and the maximum amount that can be converted.
- Maximum stake. While a wagering requirement is open, a maximum stake per round applies, as shown in the terms of that promotion and in the bonus area of your account.
- Game contributions. Games contribute at different rates towards wagering and some are excluded entirely. The contribution rates for an active offer are shown with its terms.
- Irregular play. Stake patterns aimed at securing a bonus balance rather than at playing the game, including low-risk betting that covers both sides of a table, may lead to the bonus and any winnings from it being removed.
- Real money is unaffected. Breaching a bonus term does not touch the real-money part of your balance, which stays available to play or to withdraw subject to our general terms and account verification.
Live casino and table games
Live tables are hosted by a dealer and run to a fixed betting window for each round. The rules, limits and side-bet paytables for a table are in the help panel at that table.
- Betting time. Bets must be placed and confirmed before betting closes. A stake that is not confirmed in time is not accepted and stays in your balance.
- Dealer decisions. The dealer's call on the outcome of a round, on a misdeal and on the handling of cards, dice or the wheel is final, subject to the table's rules and to our own check of the recorded round.
- Table limits. Minimum and maximum stakes differ by table and by bet type and are displayed before you take a seat.
- Game-specific rules. Matters such as splitting, doubling, insurance, surrender, no-commission variants and how a tie is treated are set by the rules of each table.
- Conduct. Chat at the table is moderated. We may mute a player, close a seat or end a session where behaviour affects other players or the dealer.
Queries and disputes about a round
If you think a round has settled incorrectly, contact us as soon as you can. Live chat is available from any page once you are signed in, and you can write to us at support@casino-luckybarry.co.uk with the details below.
- The name of the game or the live table.
- The date and time of the round, and the time zone you were in.
- The round or game identifier shown in your account history.
- The stake, the result you saw and what you expected to happen.
- A screenshot or short screen recording, if you have one.
We check the server record of the round against your account history and come back to you with what the record shows. Where a fault is confirmed, we correct the balance. Anything that cannot be settled this way is handled under our complaints procedure, which explains the timescales and how a matter can be escalated to the alternative dispute resolution provider named there.
Free support at any time
If gambling stops being enjoyable, you can set deposit limits, take a time-out or self-exclude from your account. Free, confidential help is available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline, and GamStop can exclude you from licensed online gambling sites in Great Britain.
