Terms & Conditions
Picked for you

Accepting these terms and how we change them
By registering an account, placing a bet or using any part of our site, you confirm that you accept these terms and that you are able to enter into a binding agreement with us. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
These terms work alongside the other documents we publish, and together they form your agreement with us:
- Our privacy policy and our cookie information, which explain what we do with your personal data and how long we keep it.
- Our safer gambling information, which sets out the tools in your account and the support available to you.
- The rules shown inside each game, including how it pays and what happens when a round is interrupted.
- The specific terms of any bonus or promotion you choose to take part in.
We may change these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law, in our licence conditions, or in the games and payment methods we offer. The version published on this page is always the current one. Where a change affects your rights in a material way, we will tell you by e-mail or by a message in your account before it takes effect.
If you keep using your account after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms. If you would rather not accept them, you can close your account and withdraw any available balance, subject to the checks set out below.
Ask before you deposit
If anything here is unclear, write to support@casino-luckybarry.co.uk or use the live chat on the site, and we will explain it in plain terms.
Eligibility and your account
An account with us is personal to you. You open it in your own name, you use it yourself, and you may not let anybody else play on it or fund it on your behalf.
- You must be 18 or over. We do not allow under-18s to register, deposit or play, and we carry out age checks as our gaming licence requires.
- You must be resident in the United Kingdom and able to use our site lawfully from where you are.
- One account per person, per household address and per payment method. Duplicate accounts may be closed.
- The details you give us, including your name, date of birth, address and contact details, must be accurate and kept up to date in your account.
- You may only fund your account from payment methods held in your own name.
Keeping your login details safe
Keep your username, password and any security codes private. If you think somebody else knows them or has used your account, change your password and tell us straight away so that we can secure it. Activity carried out through your login is treated as yours unless it is clear the account was used without your knowledge.
Verification of your identity, age and address
We hold a gaming licence, which means we have to know who our customers are. We run checks when you register, before your first withdrawal, and at other points while your account is open.
- Identity and age. We ask for an official identity document so that we can confirm your name and date of birth.
- Address. We ask for a document that confirms the address held on your account.
- Payment ownership. We confirm that the card, wallet or bank account you use belongs to you.
- Source of funds. Where we are required to ask, we request information about the money you are depositing, such as evidence of income or of a particular payment.
Until these checks are complete, withdrawals stay pending and we may limit deposits or play. We ask only for what we need, we handle your documents as described in our privacy policy, and we tell you if something we receive is not clear enough to accept.
If we cannot complete our checks, or the details on your documents do not match the details on your account, we may suspend the account and hold the balance until the position is clear.
Deposits, withdrawals and bonus funds
Paying in and taking money out
You can only play with funds that have cleared in your account. Where we can, we return money to the same method you used to deposit; if that is not possible, we will agree an alternative method held in your own name. We do not pay interest on balances, and we may ask you to play through a deposit that has not been used before you withdraw it.
| What you want to check | Where you find it |
|---|---|
| Methods available to deposit and withdraw | The cashier in your account |
| Minimum and maximum amounts, and any fees | The limits shown in the cashier |
| Expected processing times and the stage a payment has reached | The cashier and your account history |
Bonuses and promotions
Every offer carries its own terms, published with the offer, and those terms apply in addition to these ones. In general:
- Wagering. Bonus funds and winnings from them usually need to be played through a set number of times before they can be withdrawn.
- Maximum bet. A cap normally applies to the stake you can place while a bonus is active.
- Expiry. Offers and bonus funds run for a limited period, after which they are removed from the account.
- Eligible games. Games contribute to wagering at different rates, and some do not contribute at all.
We expect promotions to be used as intended. Opening duplicate accounts, acting together with others to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or covered bets to clear wagering, or playing in a pattern designed only to extract bonus value counts as abuse of promotions. Where that happens we may remove the bonus and any winnings from it, and close the account.
Safer gambling, and closing or suspending an account
The tools in your account
Gambling should stay inside what you can afford and enjoy. You will find safer gambling tools in your account, and we apply them as soon as we can once you set them:
- Deposit limits cap what you can pay in on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, within the limits shown in your account.
- Loss and time limits cap what you can lose or how long you can play, and reality checks remind you how long a session has been running.
- Time-out closes your account to play for a short, fixed period that you choose.
- Self-exclusion closes your account for a longer minimum period, during which we will not knowingly take your deposits or send you marketing.
Our site is for adults aged 18 or over. For free, confidential support, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline are there to talk to, GambleAware publishes information and advice, and GamStop lets you self-exclude from licensed online gambling sites in a single step.
When an account closes
You can close your account at any time by asking us through live chat or support@casino-luckybarry.co.uk, and we pay out any available balance once our checks are finished. We may also suspend or close an account in the following situations:
- You break these terms, or the terms attached to a particular offer.
- We need to hold the account while we complete verification or look into activity on it.
- You hold more than one account with us.
- The account stays inactive for a long period, in which case we contact you at the e-mail address on file before we take any action.
- We are required to suspend or close it by law or by our licence conditions.
Complaints, our liability and the law that applies
If something goes wrong
Tell us first and give us the detail we need: your username, what happened, when it happened, and any transaction or game reference. Write to support@casino-luckybarry.co.uk, or start with the live chat on the site. We acknowledge complaints promptly, look into them within a reasonable time, and keep you updated if a matter takes longer because we need information from a payment provider or a game supplier. You will get our decision and the reasons for it in writing.
If you are not satisfied with our final answer, you can take the matter to the independent dispute resolution service we use for customer complaints. We give you the details of that service with our final response. Using it costs you nothing and does not affect your other legal rights.
Our liability
We provide the site and the games with reasonable care and skill, but we cannot promise that the service will never be interrupted. If a game, a payment or the site malfunctions, the affected bets and any payouts from them may be void and we will return the stakes concerned. We are not responsible for losses caused by your own device, software or internet connection, or by your login being shared. Nothing here limits our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If any part of them cannot be applied, the rest still applies. Where a translated version exists, the English version is the one that counts.
